2009 Honda Accord EX-L/V6 started running rough, took it in for them to look at on a saturday, without an appointment & they took care of the problem. I also needed rear brakes and an oil change. I got both in for them to look at on a saturday, without an appointment & they took care of the problem. I also needed rear brakes and an oil change. I got both done, the oil change was a great price at only $18.00. Brakes were what I would expect to pay at a dealership. No appointment, 3 jobs performed, Saturday and out of there in 3 hours. I was very happy with the experience. More
I traded a 2009 Honda Pilot LX-E for a New Honda Pilot LX-E 2011 I liked the 2009 so much that I wanted a New one just like it. The Dealer had one in stock and made the changes that I asked for and added LX-E 2011 I liked the 2009 so much that I wanted a New one just like it. My son and I were delighted with salesperson, Scott, and the financial person, Mark. Both were thorough in explaining and answering questions as they arose. Originally, my son thought that it was a "done deal" on Friday and that it was to be a brief interaction on Saturday. It took about 2 1/2 hours to complete the deal.
