The entire staff was very patient and helpful when it came to making our decision. We literally spent three hours there past (even went past closing time) and accomplished a lot. When I pulled up at the dealership I was greeted by Owen Fussey. He made my buying experience a pleasurable one. Owen was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my purchase easy. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable like at previous dealerships. After I got home with my vehicle I found an issue with the bright light switch on the column. My husband called Owen and as he said he would, he got back to us within an hour and said his manager said we could set up an appointment for their service man look into it. I highly recommend Stokes Kia. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The detailing team although did not impress me. They did not do a good job at all. My windows where smudged horribly. Owen actually was going over my car with cleaner to making sure it was right himself. OWEN FUSSEY is the go to Salesman. Such a great person. More
