Best car purchase experience I have ever had I have had Kia's for several years and have gone to Stokes Kia for service and have always been very pleased. When I decided to purchase a new Kia, I I have had Kia's for several years and have gone to Stokes Kia for service and have always been very pleased. When I decided to purchase a new Kia, I thought it would be the place to start. I worked with Owen Fussy, who could not have been more helpful, more professional, and nicer to work with. We went for a test drive and then were able to make a deal fairly quickly that I was very happy with. I felt no pressure and did purchase the car. Since I financed the purchase, I then went to Mark Craven in the Finance Dept. He also was very nice, very professional, answered all my questions and although he explained options for me, did not pressure me to do anything I was not comfortable with. As we all know, not all car buying experiences are positive, but this was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will recommend Stokes Kia and Owen Fussy to anyone wanting to buy a new car. More
