Stokes Mazda

Kent linked us to Anthony to buy a new 2012 Mazda5 and to trade in our used car. Anthony was great to work with and got us the price we needed to trade our care for the new vehicle. I had a great experience when buying my 2009 Mazda 6 and bought the extended warranty. But 4 months into purchasing the car now all these things aren't covered under my warranty. My car now has electrical bought the extended warranty. But 4 months into purchasing the car now all these things aren't covered under my warranty. My car now has electrical problems and exhaust problems. The dealership was not very helpful in talking to me about how to resolve the issue, just that i needed to pay the money. When I pull up my warranty information that says it's covered they still fight me on it. I had wonderful service in buying the car but it's too bad that it really was just lipservice. I wish I had known more about how the dealership is after you've purchased the car. More

Great experience. Internet sales is the way to go. Friendly people who have a good time with their job which made it better for us. I requested financial assistance on line one evening and early the following day I received a response from the Stokes online Manager who informed me that the manager at Stokes Mazda would be more than happ early the following day I received a response from the Stokes online Manager who informed me that the manager at Stokes Mazda would be more than happy to assist me and that I should stop by the dealership to decide which vehicle I was interested in. upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by a knowledgeable salesman who was patient, and down to earth. After I selected my vehicle and took the test drive, he explained my options. Later I met the staff of professionals whom not only was able to put me in a car of my choice within hours, but saved me more than $100 (per payment)than I was paying on a previously owned vehicle. I would definitely refer friends and family members to Stokes Mazda, and if I could have bought two vehicles at one time I would. One for me and One for My 20 year old son. My experience at Stokes Mazda was mire like visiting with friends because I told personal stories and they politely listened and made referrals to sources that have already assisted me. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. I never felt pressured, and everyone, from sales to finance, was so polite.
