Great Pre-Owned Buying Experience! I arrived here to look at a Pre-owned Acura MDX I found through my banks car buying service. The salesman I was supposed to work with ended up not bei I arrived here to look at a Pre-owned Acura MDX I found through my banks car buying service. The salesman I was supposed to work with ended up not being available, but I was lucky enough to get to work with Miguel. I can't express enough that this was, from the sales perspective, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'd read some of the Google reviews before I went and Miguel is on of the salesmen that had CONSISTENTLY great reviews. In my experience, they were all completely warranted. There was no pressure, no dismissing me (a woman) and trying to deal with my brother, no hassling or harassing. He made himself available to answer any questions I had. As a matter of fact, I got there late-ish on a Sunday and he stayed to make the deal happen. I cannot commend him, and by extension Carey Paul Honda, enough. On the other hand, the finance guy, Tony--not so great. He was dismissive, had me pay for a tag instead of transferring the veterans license plate that I had, and was borderline rude. He served his purpose, I guess, but the pre-owned sales team was so awesome, I certainly won't diminish my review because of him. More

I initially wanted to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic because I’ve recently graduated fr The customer service and professionalism is extremely deplorable. I initially wanted to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic because I’ve recently graduated from college, had a few credit challenges with a plethora of inquiries, and I knew I was trying to find something within my price range. Tyrone, my initial salesman, falsely stated that I was approved for a 2016 Honda Civic EX, and that all I had to provide for a down payment was $1,500. Long story short, that was a lie all along. which in reality was a lie all along. Tyrone stated what he said just to make commission for himself and that was very unprofessional. This dealership does shady business. I don’t have a personal vendetta against Honda, but Carey Paul needs to be more mindful of who they hire, as well as ensuring they’re not selling a “false dream/reality” to potential customers. There was nothing genuine or authentic about my experience here. Everything was solely about making a sale. I, too, believe they were trying to take advantage of the fact I’m young and a recent college graduate, but naive and manipulative isn’t either of the two. It’s interesting that I was able to drive off the lot with a brand new vehicle, same down payment, with exemplary customer service with a realistic monthly payment in my range the very next day. Very piss-poor as well as the management. More
