Customer Service is not as good as previous schedule service.. it was difficult trying to schedule service the last 2 appointments had to call several times to schedule, left messages did not receive a service.. it was difficult trying to schedule service the last 2 appointments had to call several times to schedule, left messages did not receive a call back. I got very poor service with getting a oil change. I paid for a tire rotation and didn’t get it. I called back, went back and had to wait 3 hours to have it done. I went out of town and I heard someth I paid for a tire rotation and didn’t get it. I called back, went back and had to wait 3 hours to have it done. I went out of town and I heard something rattling in my tire so I looked and one of my lug nuts was off and moving around because the technician didn’t tighten it up I called back and spoke to someone and was told that I can get my tires rotated somewhere else. I’m done with Stone Mountain Nissan! More
