I went to Nissan for my headlight to be replaced I got there at 7:15am and had a appointment. I didn’t get even get updated about the status of my car. I waited for 3 HOURS till I asked Tierra about the s there at 7:15am and had a appointment. I didn’t get even get updated about the status of my car. I waited for 3 HOURS till I asked Tierra about the status of my car all for the mechanic to say I had the wrong type of headlight and they didn’t have the part on site for them to fix. I would have never expected for me to be Nissan for 3 hours to get my headlight replaced. I am highly upset and disappointed with my service and I was told to come back and call in advance for a part. I had a appointment as well so I don’t understand how they were not notifited of my issue and already had the part ready. I do not want to come back but I need my headlight replaced before I am pulled over by the cops so what are y’all going to do. More

vanna was amazing and helpful she honestly made the experience amazing. Wish she was at another location. At the Nashville nissan they wash your car and also vacuum the front.
