I came to this dealership for 2 recall items. I had an appointment. One of the people at the front desk was rude at check in. Then I was told it would take 2 hours. I waited in the customer loung I had an appointment. One of the people at the front desk was rude at check in. Then I was told it would take 2 hours. I waited in the customer lounge. After about an hour and a half I was told I needed $7,000 in repairs which I declined. After 2 and a half hours my service advisor was ignoring me. I think his name was Jonathan. The same person at the outside desk was rude to me again. I finally just stood out there until I was finally told my car was already done. So I should have already been out of there. Very disorganized and unprofessional service department. More
I had an appointment that said an oil change should be completed in 30mins... and 1 hour ten mins later. I drove off with no service to my truck still needing an oil change. Stopped down the street at a q completed in 30mins... and 1 hour ten mins later. I drove off with no service to my truck still needing an oil change.
