I got very poor service with getting a oil change. I paid for a tire rotation and didn’t get it. I called back, went back and had to wait 3 hours to have it done. I went out of town and I heard someth I paid for a tire rotation and didn’t get it. I called back, went back and had to wait 3 hours to have it done. I went out of town and I heard something rattling in my tire so I looked and one of my lug nuts was off and moving around because the technician didn’t tighten it up I called back and spoke to someone and was told that I can get my tires rotated somewhere else. I’m done with Stone Mountain Nissan! More

Jonathan was very concerned and was giving me every opportunity on how to get my car fix and he assured me that they will fix my car.
