Dealer would not accept expired coupon for free oil change. I had a coupon for free oil change to go along with some recall work but I was informed that the corporate coupon had expired at the end of F change. I had a coupon for free oil change to go along with some recall work but I was informed that the corporate coupon had expired at the end of FEB. I was at the dealer on 3/9/22. I have purchased 3 vehicles at Stone Mountain Nissan and thought the coupon would be extended as a thankyou. But the best I was offered was a $20 discount and I had to pay $30 for, what should have been free. I was very disappointed. More

Repair prices are a ripoff the estimate cost of $180 is applied to bill regardless if you have repairs completed there if customer know what repair is needed the response is we have to complete a $180 insp applied to bill regardless if you have repairs completed there if customer know what repair is needed the response is we have to complete a $180 inspection which you must pay obligating customer Why is the $180 then included in bill insuring repair cost are over the $180. My representative was kind, helpful, and accommodating. I forgot my coupon and he was resourceful. The customer service was really good. I usually prefer going to Duluth they are very friendly but so far a I forgot my coupon and he was resourceful. The customer service was really good.
