I have a good relationship with the service dept. this last visit I was overwhelmed with the sales dept calling me about turning in my current vehicle for their pre-owned dept. I pulled up to meet my daughter who also has a brand new 2023 Nissan and was getting an oil change. No one came to my vehicle in the first 5-10 minutes then someone finally asked me what I needed today. Tha 2023 Nissan and was getting an oil change. No one came to my vehicle in the first 5-10 minutes then someone finally asked me what I needed today. That same person told me to go and speak to one of the 2 service advisors that were in an office. They were on the phone with a customer so I got back in my vehicle. No one came over to ask me anything. I pulled out of the service areas and parked. No one ever came over. Not a good look for a valued customer. Hopefully this will ne corrected in the very near future. More

Ms. Shonda’s customer service was AMAZING!!! She was very friendly. She told me the wait for my car to be serviced would be an hour and I was out of there in 40-45 minutes. I appreciate that.
