customer service was definitely lacking - no welcome, no introduction, no updates. Dominick didn't seem to know what he was doing (maybe he was new?) - he was supposed to call me the next afternoon but neve introduction, no updates. On the first trip, Dominick said they would have to order the part, but it took another 45 minutes to get my car - no reason given. This was after 2 hours and 45 minutes. The second time I was supposed to see Cortez but again, he never introduced himself so I just assumed it was him.- never heard, or saw him again. Again, I was there for 3 hours - so a total of almost 6 hours More
