It was time to have my SUV serviced. I normally take it back to dealer for service where I purchased it. But decided needed a dealership closer. Called and spoke with Tevin to see if I could bring SUV in without an appointment, he said I could. When I got there a gentleman approach me and asked me did I have an appointment. I said no. He rudely asked " who told you that you could come in", walked off and went inside to find out. Felt somewhat uncomfortable and didn't know what to think. Tevin approach me in a friendly manner and identified that It was he who spoke to me. He expressed that he would be more than happy to help me.
