I wanted to give 0 stars at first due to the fact that when I went for an oil change, the technician did not tighten my oil drain plug all the way and my vehicle leaked oil. What made me give a 5 star rat when I went for an oil change, the technician did not tighten my oil drain plug all the way and my vehicle leaked oil. What made me give a 5 star rating/recommendation is their assistant service manager - Patrick. When I called him to notify him of what happened he took immediate action to correct the wrong doing. I truly appreciated this and because of Patrick I have trust again with Nissan Stone Mountain and I will continue to service my vehicle with them. More
it's been over a month since I purchased my car and i am still waiting to get the bumper cover on my 2018 Rogue repaired. I also got a call a week or so ago from the customer service people and i advised the person that nothing has been done yet. She said she would email TJ to get in touch with me. I have still not heard from anyone. Please contact me so this issue can be resolved. I Believe it's a very minor repair-replacing a clip? Apparently the salesman who sold me the car was terminated shortly after. More
