Stone Mountain Toyota is charging their customers a dealer fee on top of the listed online price which is against the law. The Georgia government law clearly states when dealers advertise an online price for a vehicle, the dealer fee must be included. When I brought this to their attention, they brought me into a private room to discuss so that other customers couldn't hear. They discounted my rate $899 and then had an attitude with me while we finished up the deal. Shame on them. I hope all customers read this review so that they are educated before buying a car from this facility. In the end, I received a great rate for my son's new vehicle and they learned that a woman shopping with her teenage son for his first vehicle won't be taken advantage of.. EVER! More
