Nice people, but ssllloowww Called before I came and was told that they weren’t very busy. Showed up and waited 4 and 1/2 hours to be told a lug nut bolt was broken. 3 hour oil change now my battery is dead I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time was seen promptly. It then took an unusual amount of time to change my oil a I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time was seen promptly. It then took an unusual amount of time to change my oil and do the tire rotation. I was there for 3 plus hours and when I recieved my vehicle back the battery was dead. The car had to be started twice to get it to come on. I live an hour away so coming back is difficult. I believe they left my car running for thr entire time it was there. The battery wasnt an issue before then and I just needed basic maintenance. As of today I have had to repeatedly jump my car to get it started. I believe the battery will need to be replaced. More
