My engine was making noises and Kurt at Stone’s Kia told me to bring the car in. The problem was diagnosed quickly and Stone’s worked with the manufacturer to replace the engine and associated parts. HUGE WARNING! I Purchased a used Kia Soul from my Dads “Car Guy” Jason at Stones Dealership in Rexburg. It died on the freeway a month ago. Then I find out the K I Purchased a used Kia Soul from my Dads “Car Guy” Jason at Stones Dealership in Rexburg. It died on the freeway a month ago. Then I find out the Kia dealership (Kia Dealership, Idaho Falls) didn’t fix any of the previous recalls on the car before selling it, which is suppose to be done. Even though I’m told by the Rexburg and Idaho Falls dealership that “they’re not sure how that happened,” (selling the car without fixing recalls). I’m stuck with over $7000 in repairs. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Thinking I was buying from a decent and honest dealership was a GIANT MISTAKE!! I’ve spent a month going back and forth with both the Rexburg and Idaho Falls dealership. They say, “this should never have happened, but their hands are tied.” My family have purchased several vehicles from Stones in the past years but never again will that happen! More
