I had a timing belt replacement due My experience with Honda was great this time as usual, despite the fact that my work this time was rather major. I had a timing belt replacement due and my boot on my steering assembly was leaking. Thang brought me back and showed me the worn parts and leaks so that I knew exactly where the problems were, and showed me pictures of all the parts they would replace so that I knew exactly what I was going to be paying for. He also provided a loaner car without me having to ask because the repairs would take a day or 2. I had also had my gas cap light coming on for a while and had been told the gas cap seal was probably worn out but hadn't had a chance to get it replaced, so they threw that in as well. It was a good experience and I will go back again when needed. More

I have been to many Honda locations and so far I have experienced by far the best customer service from Thang at the Conyers location. I don’t live in the area anymore however I will continue to drive to the Conyers locations especially since I am guaranteed excellent customer service. More
