Great Service! I contacted the Service Department to make my advisor aware of what had happened to my 2017 Honda Accord V6 Touring over the weekend with my Navigatio I contacted the Service Department to make my advisor aware of what had happened to my 2017 Honda Accord V6 Touring over the weekend with my Navigation System. The display was completely black when I tried to put in the address to my next location which was to go home. Nothing would appear. Therefore, I started to drive to see if anything would appear. After I had driven about a mile, I decided to stop and turn off my car and sit for a few minutes to see if my navigation system would come back so that I could add my location. Well, finally it did and I could get to location without any more issues. When I called the dealership, I was advised that there was a bulletin out which I had no idea and then I was advised to bring my car in to have it diagnosed. I did as suggested and my car was affected and the part had to be ordered. The part came in and was replaced. Therefore, hopefully, the problem is fixed. I appreciate the service that was provided to me by Stewart Humphrey and Tang. They are both excellent Service Advisors. In addition, each time I happen to see the General Manager, Charles Dansby, he is always courteous and friendly. He is always supportive of his customers. More
