Awesome customer service! I needed my air conditioner checked because my air was not cold and smoke was coming from the vent. I hoped it was a simple fix, but my condenser ne I needed my air conditioner checked because my air was not cold and smoke was coming from the vent. I hoped it was a simple fix, but my condenser needed to be replaced Because the new condenser wouldn't be in until the next morning, my service advisor arranged for me to drive a loaner vehicle while my minivan was being repaired. He even went above and beyond and helped me transfer items from my van to the loaner vehicle. His help really made the service experience an awesome one! More
