Expectations exceeded I was acknowledged and greeted promptly by Thang who was helping another customer. Once my turn, he explained that the service advisor my appointmen I was acknowledged and greeted promptly by Thang who was helping another customer. Once my turn, he explained that the service advisor my appointment was made with was gone for the day and he would be taking care of me. He we very courteous and professional from introducing himself, shaking my hand, taking my information, listening to my needs and asking me questions to build rapport. He gave great detail to set my expectations about how long my service would take and where to find the waiting lounge and everything in it. My service was complete sooner than expected and although my needs were very simple he still explained my inspection in detail, walked me to the cashier and then to my car. I was already impressed but knew I would be a returning customer when he shook my hand again, thanked me for my business and gave me his business card. I understand that everything he did was as he’s been trained, but it was genuine and it was obvious. Thang, thank you for under promising and over delivering. It was refreshing at the end of a long day to be reminded that good customer service can still be found. More
