unsatisfactoty work the first time service I took my car to have oil change with recommendation of wheel rotation & alignment. My car gotten worst when service was done. The steering wheel was shaking & the car was gearing to the left. It was not doing all that before I had it service. It reminded me of the saying, " If it's not broke, don't fix it." I had to return my car again to get it properly aligned. Mr. Stewart was courteous to not to charge me the second time around. I also had incident where Chris forgot & did not give me my house keys. It's my fault too. I should have remembered, but I was just used to getting red carpet treatment with my Mercedes service that they automatically handed me my house keys. I had to turn back around to get it back from sales manager because the service department closed earlier. I am not ruling them out, but hopefully someone has to double check job performances. The receptionist was rude & did not want to help me get my keys. She told me that I had to come back the next day. More

Would recommend the service center but not sales Every time I come to this service center it’s a great experience. It’s quick in and out majority of the time and I it’s first come first serve so some Every time I come to this service center it’s a great experience. I do hate that Mike isn’t their anymore because he was my go to guy. The sales department on the other hand is terrible. When I bought my car I ended up going to Honda in McDonough because the sales manager was rude and just wanted to push that lifetime warranty mess and who needs a lifetime warranty on a HONDA. More
