Started slow, then...Great! First advisor told me it was going to cost $59. Thang Hoang then met with me and determined I had purchased a maintenance package. Computer system not up to date? When Mr. Hoang took over he kept me completely up to date. Very impressed. Explained progress, what they had done. Asked I had any questions. Said call him anytime, provided business card. I had talked to him on the phone a few days earlier making the appointment and he was the same way. Answered all my questions, wasn't rushed to get me off the phone, and reminded me that it was him on the phone when we met. I consider him my personal service advisor. I hope all your advisors have Honda Conyers customers as first priority as he does. More

Tech didn't thoroughly examine my car for an oil leak Tech should have seen the large leak coming from my VVT solenoid instead of the valve cover gasket. The leak caused large puddles in my garage. Extra Tech should have seen the large leak coming from my VVT solenoid instead of the valve cover gasket. The leak caused large puddles in my garage. Extra 1K spent due to rush job. VVT valve gasket replacement was another $600 minimum, with discount. Decided to order the part myself for $21 and fix it over the holidays. Come on Tech, don't do costly guess work. Now I have to get my hands dirty. =-( More
