I stopped by Stoneham Ford and spoke to Service Writer rich Silvestri to see if they could l My 2013 Escape developed a noise in the rear of the car. I stopped by Stoneham Ford and spoke to Service Writer rich Silvestri to see if they could look at it. He said they could actually look at it that day. Within a couple of hours Technician James Flanagan had diagnosed the issue as a bad rear wheel bearing and repaired it. I appreciate the prompt and profession service. Thank you Rich and James. More

He took a lot of time to understand my unique warranty terms and was able to maximize these benefits from my policy. It was clearly was an arduous task for him but he was a true advocate going the extra mile to prove coverage. He also was very helpful in explaining the best options for my situation. I had to make multiple trips to complete the work and Rich was very helpful throughout the process, even securing a loaner vehicle at the last minute. He is the best and I will continue to seek him out. More

Top Notch Service as always! Vehicle was in for it's first oil change which was discounted with a coupon they sent me.
