Professional and polite told me exactly what my vehicle needed and engaged in a pleasant conversation needed and engaged in a pleasant conversation More
The drive up model makes scheduling an appointment a non-issue to begin with! And for regular maintenance, this spot is very well run. I think the best thing I can say is they only do the work that is non-issue to begin with! And for regular maintenance, this spot is very well run. I think the best thing I can say is they only do the work that is necessary. One time I requested a tire rotation and they informed me it wasn’t necessary die to the condition of my tires. More
They took care of my oil change, windshield wiper fluid, filters and even got me my sticker! Have been using them since I bought my first Ford in 2000! filters and even got me my sticker! Have been using them since I bought my first Ford in 2000! More
I stopped at Stoneham Ford Quick Service on October 4th to have four tires that I had already purchased installed and to get an alignment. I waited in line, explained what I needed, and was told the servic to have four tires that I had already purchased installed and to get an alignment. I waited in line, explained what I needed, and was told the service would cost $275 — that included the alignment, $15 per tire just to dispose of the old ones… what! and the installation of the four tires. I found that expensive but decided to go ahead — your business, your rules. A short while later, the same employee came back and told me that a lug nut on my tire was broken and that I’d need to pay $100 per lug nut to replace them — and that I supposedly had 10 lug nuts needing replacement. I found this unbelievable and asked to have my car returned immediately. When I went outside to leave, I noticed that one lug nut was missing. I immediately went back inside to report it. The same employee looked me straight in the eye and told me I came in like that, and even called the mechanic who said the same thing. I am 100% sure that all my lug nuts were there when I arrived. When I asked to speak to a manager, the same employee said he was the manager, leaving me no choice but to leave. I know my car, and I know for a fact that I came in with all my lug nuts securely attached. So one was broken or tampered by your employee but he decided to make it look as if I came with a missing one. I also hate the fact that your employees treated me as if I were stupid — dismissing my concern and acting like they just wanted to get rid of me so they could move on with their day. That’s not how you treat a customer. To make it worse, I later checked online and saw that a pack of 20 lug nuts costs around $17 on Amazon! yet they wanted to charge me $100 each. The math and the ethics just don’t add up. What was supposed to be a simple tire installation turned into an upsetting and frustrating experience. I left questioning not only the professionalism but the honesty and safety standards of the entire Ford service team. I sincerely hope that Stoneham Ford management and Ford corporate take this review seriously. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and safety — not intimidation, disrespect, and overcharging. More
