I arrived at Stoneham Ford “fast lane” on Tuesday, May 5,2026 at approximately 10AM My vehicle was taken within 30 minutes for an oil change. The mechanic’s name was Nick. After topping off my fluids and filling my tires to the right specs and doing an inspection of my vehicle, he advised me about the wear on my tires and a few other issues before finishing up my oil change. I have been to Stoneham Ford with several of my family vehicles and they are always friendly and professional. Especially Joe Williams, the manager at Fast lanes. Also, on several occasions, including this past Tuesday, the owner himself comes out and greets the customers in the waiting area. Always a gentleman. More

It is a nice dealership with big bays for large trucks and SUVs. The employees are all very nice and respectful. They are all knowledgeable and do their jobs well. There was a problem with my air bag deploying for no reason. The truck was parked, no impact, when we went to get the truck the drivers side air bag was deployed.
