I have been going to Quick Lane at Stoneham Ford for over 10 years. To date I have had no issues with their service and customer service. Crooks I emailed regarding a 2017 Ford Edge Sports on their used lot. The lady that responded gave me a price $300.00 less than in their on line advertiseme I emailed regarding a 2017 Ford Edge Sports on their used lot. The lady that responded gave me a price $300.00 less than in their on line advertisement. Just days later they dealership marked this exact vehicle UP $1,500.00 after I inquired in it. According to the Carfax report they have had the vehicle kicking around for sale for 8 months now, and someone finally showed an interested and they go UP on the price. CROOKS! More

The sales manager “Dave?” is a bully. Difficult time getting an appointment for a factory recall. Finally got appointment and brought car in at 7 am. Was told the car would be ready that day. Was then told late in the afternoon the job wasn’t done and they’d need the car till next ! Unplanned inconvenience!!! Then next day was called to say car was ready but one part of repair was not complete since they needed to order the part!! Why didn’t they figure that out the day before.?? I told them forget it and picked up my car !!! Very surprised because we are extremely pleased with the sales, rental and quick lane depts and frequent them often! More
