customer Service I dropped off my 2016 Ford Fusion Sunday night for a recall problem. Monday morning around 9:00 am I got a call from Rich Silvestri saying the car was I dropped off my 2016 Ford Fusion Sunday night for a recall problem. Monday morning around 9:00 am I got a call from Rich Silvestri saying the car was ready. They also checked out a horn issue for me. It was quick and easy. Rich has also taken care of previous issues with my car in a friendly and timely way. Wheel Bearing Repair My 2013 Escape developed a noise in the rear of the car. I stopped by Stoneham Ford and spoke to Service Writer rich Silvestri to see if they could l My 2013 Escape developed a noise in the rear of the car. I stopped by Stoneham Ford and spoke to Service Writer rich Silvestri to see if they could look at it. He said they could actually look at it that day. Within a couple of hours Technician James Flanagan had diagnosed the issue as a bad rear wheel bearing and repaired it. I appreciate the prompt and profession service. Thank you Rich and James. More
