I had paid for the installation with the parts, so I was stuck with them. Terrible experience with Jean (the person who answered the call), who after treating me like a child said "This IS the kind of service we offer." Then transferred me to their "Service Advisor," Mike who didn't know how long it would take to install a dash cam... and couldn't advise me for the life of him and instead snapped at me instead of helping me, wanting to just get me off the phone. TERRIBLE experience. Absolutely unprofessional. I couldn't talk to their supervisor since they claimed that their supervisor is out for the day... More
