I have been going to Quick Lane at Stoneham Ford for over 10 years. To date I have had no issues with their service and customer service. They have quality people doing a consistently outstanding job. Rec 10 years. To date I have had no issues with their service and customer service. They have quality people doing a consistently outstanding job. Recently I bought a car from Stoneham Ford and we equally impressed with the sales person: David O'Shea as well. We impressed enough to recommend David to our son. He also bought a car there and is very pleased with David as well. I have nothing but praise for Stoneham Ford. Thank You Carl Mirabello More
Went in for a couple small problem today. Dropped my truck off first thing and took the day off figuring I’d have to leave it for the day. ( now it did snow and the weather was crappy) call to check on truck off first thing and took the day off figuring I’d have to leave it for the day. ( now it did snow and the weather was crappy) call to check on my truck at 12:15 and was told my service advisor was at lunch and he would call me back. (No call) call back at 2pm and Mike tells me 3 guys call out at 8am, that aside he says he has 3 cars ahead of me and not sure they’ll be able to look at my truck today. Well why not call me at 8:30 and reschedule? I’m very reasonable guy but this unacceptable. Also seemed to have an attitude cause I didn’t by the truck from them More

Great job that my dealer could not fix. Robert Troiani the service manager was excellent and very helpful. My previous dealer did work on the electrical system and managed to have some wiring shortout. T the service manager was excellent and very helpful. Service dept is horrible. 3K and still the same problem. Taking the vehicle to another dealer. Stoneham Ford people act like they are doing you a favor by working on your vehicle. Review of SERVICE DEPT ONLY I would give the sales ,rental and quick lane 5 stars but the service dept is at best a 2 star!! Difficult time getting an appointment for a factory recall. Finally got appointment and brought car in at 7 am. Was told the car would be ready that day. Was then told late in the afternoon the job wasn’t done and they’d need the car till next ! Unplanned inconvenience!!! Then next day was called to say car was ready but one part of repair was not complete since they needed to order the part!! Why didn’t they figure that out the day before.?? I told them forget it and picked up my car !!! Very surprised because we are extremely pleased with the sales, rental and quick lane depts and frequent them often! More

Called Stoneham service departmen Purchased an Edge in November and put only 10k miles on it when the electronics started to shut off for no reason. Called Stoneham service department and they told me they couldn’t fit me in for almost 3 weeks. I had no wipers, directional signals and they expected me to wait for 3 weeks. No offer to call around to find another place, no offer to try to squeeze me in. Nothing except an obligatory “ I am sorry”. I have owned cars from Toyota and Chevy and have never experienced this type of service from the dealership. Do not purchase a car from Stoneham Ford because you will never be able to get it serviced in an emergency or in a reasonable time frame for scheduled maintenance. More
