Not proactive Brought vehicle for 2 recalls, then they did the vehicle report card(which shows they check wear on tires, battery etc). Now when i dropped off the vehicle I had 2 icon lights on indicating low tire pressure. With the cold weather that week had to add air. Now if the technician drove the vehicle into the shop he saw these lights and also doing the vehicle report he had to check each tire as he indicated on his report. Now if he didn't know what they were for I think to be proactive they should have checked what they were. Advised Mike the service Advisor. So when I picked up my vehicle I had to go put air in the tires. More

Honest customer service. I have a Ford dealership 5 min from my house but I choose to drive to Stoneham Ford which is further and out of the way because of their honest custom I have a Ford dealership 5 min from my house but I choose to drive to Stoneham Ford which is further and out of the way because of their honest customer service reps they never try to take advantage of me and will even refer me to another machismo for a cheaper price this type of honesty will all ways bring me back to Stoneham Ford. Whoever owns this dealership should be proud of their employees. I highly recommend them! More
