Stoneham Ford - Service Center

As usual service at Stoneham Ford was excellent. My tailgate opened while pulling into my garage causing a broken window and rear windshield wiper assembly. Quick Lane I had to wait over 20 minutes in the quick lane. Once I had service though, everyone was very friendly and professional. I'm not sure if there was a sign there that said to stay with your car and I missed it (a van was in front of me with no driver in it) or if there was no sign. If there isn't a sign I think one should be put up. No worries though, I would go back again. More

Great Service I could not wait in the Quick Lane (which I think is not a very efficient way to get my service done since I have had to back out of the line twice no I could not wait in the Quick Lane (which I think is not a very efficient way to get my service done since I have had to back out of the line twice now because it took too long - over 45 mins!) Joyal fit me in if I was willing to leave my car which I was. I went about my errands and came back to pick up my car later in the day. She made me a happy customer. Also, when I came back to pick up my car they had found a nail in the tire. They could have charged me for a new tire but did not and just told me to watch it. Excellent service. I would suggest that they post the estimated time to wait in the Quick Lane so a customer could make a decision whether to wait or not based on that time posted. More
