Bought a brand new Jeep Patriot Limitied, 5 months later had a flat tire.
Had to take the vehicle to the dealer twice before they found the problem.
Dealer replaced tire and charged $181.00!
Obviously the tire was defective, but the Dealership would not make good on a brand new Jeep vehicle, so I contacted Bridgestone/Firestone and sent the tire back to them, they determined the tire WAS defictive, and sent a refund check for $155.00 the cost of the tire alone.
Dealership will not refund the difference of $26.00 which was $15.00 LABOR and $11.00 TAX.
The Service Manager, David Yoho and the General Manager, Mike Hostinsky are rude, nasty, smart aleck men.
