I don’t know about anyone else but I do not like going to car dealerships for many reasons. This time around I had my best experience ever. Travis was my car dealer and what a pleasant experience. My experience didn’t stop there it went on with the financial people which were very helpful. I strongly recommend anyone that is looking for a car to seek them out. Besides they have a really nice selection of cars! More

So I had an appointment for a car the next day evening and the sales rep (Sobia Malik) said the car was still available. I confirmed many times before I go because I live 2 hours away from the dealer. So and the sales rep (Sobia Malik) said the car was still available. After two hours of traveling, the car was gone. The other sales told me that the car was gone already in the afternoon. And to my surprise Sobia wasn't even at the office, seems like she already knew the car was sold and she left the office just not to deal with me. I texted her asking about the situation and she said she just knew that the car was sold right before I arrived. That's totally xx since the other sales have different stories. What a horrible dealer, they would lie to you wanting you to still go there so they can sell you a different car. Wasted my time and money going back and forth. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, cuz they might lie to you also. (At least for Sobia) More

I will start by saying my current credit situation is horrible, it is a work in progress and with time will improve. With that being said, Danzal is amazing. He was still able to get me financed with the horrible, it is a work in progress and with time will improve. With that being said, Danzal is amazing. He was still able to get me financed with the help of another awesome human there, Destiny. I felt so comfortable working with them because they genuinely wanted to get me in a car, and not just any car, a car I really like. They made that happen for me and I am so very grateful that I came to their dealership on that day. I was also having a hard time with getting an insurance policy because I haven’t had a car for a pretty long time and I was being quoted very high rates and Danzal worked his magic again and got me a policy at a rate 1/2 the price of what I was being quoted. Thank you both so much again for being kind humans. When the time comes around for a new car I would 100% want to come back and work with them. They have great cars, the service I received was awesome and the energy was all positive. More

The car dealership has a wide variety of vehicles. I believe my experience would have been better if I had a different sales representative. I was asked to start signing paperwork to purchase a vehicle and when I asked the sales representative if I can test drive the car first to make sure I liked it, he was surprised. He didn't have any knowledge of the vehicle whatsoever and didn't care to find the answers. It was apparent that he didn't want to be working and i overheard him several times stating that he just wanted to go home. I felt like an inconvenience being his customer. There were hidden fees that weren't disclosed. I had a few issues with discrepancies on the finance paperwork, but Jeremy resolved them. Hector was excellent and provided great communication and customer service. I feel my experience would have been completely different if I worked directly with him from the start. More

I was scammed. Becareful with this dealership. They can't be trusted. The price David agreed to sell the car was not what their finance manager put into the invoice Becareful with this dealership. At the point of signing the papers when the finance mgr told me the total amount, I queried it because it was way more than what I was supposed to finance. He said taxes and DMV fees have been added. I did not know that what they added was more than $1600 after they had added tax and DMV. When I got home and realized this, I called them, what they said was that the money was the administrative fee. Amount that was more than $1600 had been added to the price of the vehicle and it was taxed. If it was administrative fee why would you state it in the invoice as price of vehicle and why would you tax it at all. All these made my finance amount to blow up and this was after I had put down a large chunk of money as down payment. I was so pained but these people are callous they do not have any milk of human kindness in them. I will never recommend this dealership to anybody for what they did to me. More
