Your narrative is full of inaccuracies and false information. First of all, the title was present when you purchased the vehicle. The title was inadvertently sent to an address in Florida. That person said he would use our UPS account and send it back. He said he did that, but UPS has no record of it. The sender insists he sent it and UPS lost it. The tracking number was not fake. Also, we have record of multiple phone calls answering your questions and explaining where we were in the process of requesting a duplicate title from the seller in Texas. You also could have received another temp tag from us. You are correct in that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances. We cannot control how quickly other states produce duplicate titles, nor do we have any control over Colorado DMV. Your questioning our integrity is unwarranted, and your opinion of Colorado law is inaccurate. When the duplicate title arrives, it will be sent to you immediately.

It is quite telling that it took you less that an hour to respond to a negative review after no substantive information was given by your employees and you failing to respond to phone calls. I too have a record of the calls, emails, and paperwork which would show that your 'answering of questions' amounted to different excuses as to why it was not in my possession and that it would 'take around a week to get it to me' - which occurred for months. Additionally, here are some direct quotes from different sources about the illegitimacy of the 'answer' you gave: (1) Why the 'present title at sale' was not given to me: "This can happen for many different reasons. The most common is that there was an error with the paperwork that was sent in by the dealership. If the paperwork was rejected, then dealership must complete and deliver the registration within 60 days. This may continue on for a period of time, but if the dealership is found to be prolonging the submission of the application, then they will have to pay a fee per improper submission. At the end of the 60 days, if the dealership still has not been able to properly submit the paperwork, along with all relevant information, then they may be subject to penalties ranging from penalty fees to loss of their license. Additionally, if the dealership is knowingly failing to obtain a title for you, then they may be subject to having their dealership license suspended or revoked, depending on previous situations. (2) Time frame of getting a Duplicate Title: To request a duplicate title, visit a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or Secretary of State (SOS), either in person or online. It can take around 30 days to get a duplicate title in the mail. Whether it be improper business practices from you or incorrect information given by your employees is not for me speak on. What is clear is that you have failed on multiple accounts to do your due diligence in properly selling a vehicle. Your poor attempt to negate the validity of my experience with an equivocation fallacy; calling my direct quote from CO Title regulation an 'opinion' and my statement of events a 'narrative' would be additional reason to question the integrity of your practices. Genuinely, I only care to put this whole issue behind me because it is causing me great stress. However, the choice to egotistically defend yourself before respecting this breach of trust is disheartening and the reason I chose to leave a review - so that this information is public record. I have been patient and gracious towards these setbacks for six months but am tired of being dismissed. I was given paperwork by a DMV clerk who advised me on this issue and suggested I reach out to the Auto Dealership Investigations Division which I will proceed with since no further attempt to act is indicated by your response.

This customer purchased a vehicle a year ago and still insists on maligning us since we failed to cave to his social media blackmail. I will share the details again, since he cannot accept his responsibility as an adult who made a purchase decision covered by a binding contract. As anyone can see from our other reviews, we are reasonable. We will bend over backwards to help customers that communicate and respond professionally. We don't have any inclination to help those who malign or disparage us with false accusations. As I have shared on multiple review sites, here are the facts: Mr. Green agreed to purchase a vehicle and also chose to purchase a non-cancelable extended service agreement. He signed in at least three different places to purchase the agreement. Nobody talked him into a warranty; he was presented with payment options with and without the warranty, and he selected the payment option including the warranty. When he asked to cancel the warranty afterward, we attempted to assist even though the terms of the agreement did not provide for this. I assume he had buyer's remorse? The finance contract had already been sent to the lender, and the extended warranty application had already been sent to the warranty provider. Since it takes some time for all of these things to be processed, we told Mr. Green we had to wait. Instead of being patient he took to social media and disparaged us for not instantly undoing a decision a grown adult made on his own. We were attempting to assist, but since he has acted this way and blames us for things out of our control, he is on his own. If he is able to cancel his warranty, he will have to deal with the warranty company directly. I will not participate in supporting his refusal to take responsibility for his actions while blaming those who were attempting to help him.

More of your lies Mark.Im gonna keep posting the truth about you and your crew.They ghost you after they get your money and no one returns your calls.I would of understood more about the warranty you wernt gonna cancel anyways, if someone would of returned my 6 calls to you.I started posting facts when i read many other reviews stating the same things as me.Beware thats on my life!Oh and Furthermore I don't want anything from you or your facility. If I can save one person from making the terrible mistake of going to street smart auto brokers,all my efforts have been worth it!!!
