Street Smart Auto Brokers responded

This review is a farce. First of all, Mr. Sandoval purchased his truck and agreed to the payment of $517 per month. When he came back in two days later to finalize the paperwork, he was presented with several options. The option he selected included an extended service agreement. He signed a menu, a warranty application, a buyer's order and a finance contract that all itemized the cost of the optional warranty. During the process of trying to make everything fit the budget, Mike asked if Mr. Sandoval was military or a Costco member in an attempt to find a better price. Finally Mike called the manager Brad and asked for ideas. Brad told him to offer a discount anyway. Since the majority of our customers take advantage of the warranties, we have some flexibility in pricing. NEVER was Mr. Sandoval told he was receiving a military discount. Mr. Sandoval stated that he didn't know until later that he purchased a warranty. That is not true. I have signed documents that refute this. When Mr. Sandoval contacted and met with our General Manager John, we agreed to look into the warranty cancellation. The contracts were already at the bank, so this would have involved having funding reversed and re-contracting the deal. This is a major inconvenience, but John agreed to talk to me about it. By the next day Mr. Sandoval had slammed us on social media and contacted the state department of health reporting us for COVID-19 violations. We are and remain compliant with the state orders. Mr. Sandoval also has enlisted others to go onto social media and fabricate stories and reviews that are false. I am amazed at some people! While we are looking into assisting him on a decision he clearly made on his own, he decides to disparage us and launch a hate campaign fueled by lies. I will not give in to social media blackmail. Any assistance Mr. Sandoval could have received from us will not happen now. I wish there were review websites to caution dealers from selling to certain customers. If that were the case, I wish we could report this customer. He received an outstanding deal on a rare truck. I wish we had sold it to someone else. We will not assist in cancelling the warranty. Mr. Sandoval can pursue this endeavor on his own.
