I have been searching for a long time on many sites, for that one special vehicle that was fair in price and had most or all the goods I was looking I have been searching for a long time on many sites, for that one special vehicle that was fair in price and had most or all the goods I was looking for. I was very fortunate to have Pam Contes as my classic car consultant/ salesperson. She was outstanding and very patient from the start. Honestly, I thought for sure (never have bought site unseen) that the short stick was coming my way. I mean I'm a individual like many others that have previous car purchases and have been at the butt of the usual sales tactic crap trap. Not with Pam or any of the staff at Streetside Classics. The truth be known the dead lines keep and honesty of my purchase was exactly what I was paid for. These people are pros When the enclosed carrier showed up within a hour of the projected time delivery I knew something good was happening. The car delivered with zero issues. The driver carefully unloaded her as if it was his own. I feel very fortunate to be a the right place and time to realize my classic car dream! This was the first time that I have sold a vehicle on consignment, and I was very impressed with Streetside Classics and the service that they perform This was the first time that I have sold a vehicle on consignment, and I was very impressed with Streetside Classics and the service that they performed. All of the employees that I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, willing to go to the extra effort to make sure that I was comfortable with the process. My car was kept at their clean and well lit facility and very well cared for by David Beauvais who made sure that it was always presentable. Jose Pardo's photography was outstanding, and I think it was a large part of the quick sale. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast sale, my car being a little out of the main stream (a 1959 Triumph TR3A), and, in addition to the exceptional photo presentation, I think that this was in no small part due to the world-wide advertising coverage that Streetside provided. During the few weeks that the TR was for sale, I visited it often and salesperson Pam Contes was always willing to take the time to talk to me and keep me informed. I would also like to make special mention of Sara Nevels who provided exceptional customer service. Once the sale was completed, Streetside took care of the paperwork and shipping. Streetside and its employees did much to turn what could have been a very stressful situation into one that was anxiety free. Highly recommended. More
