I've taken my car in a few times recently and Quentin - BlondeDouble07

I've taken my car in a few times recently and Quentin (known as Q) has been my service agent. I need someone that is quick on follow up and is willing to do the legwork in getting my car fixed. My 2024 Santa Fe has had way too many problems for the amount of money I'm spending on it monthly so having a service agent like Quentin makes it a little bit easier to deal with. I have zero tolerance for excuses and xxxxxxxx and I am not getting any of that with Quinton and I appreciate that. :)

Absolutely the best! - mariongoff

Absolutely the best! Three years ago we leased a RZ450E after working with Salma.. As the lease end approached, it was difficult to decide what to do. Should we turn it in, trade it or buy it?? We spoke with Salma, and again, she answered endless questions regarding options. Salma does not 'sell' you a car. She wants to know, and works to know, that her customer ends up with a car that is exactly the best possible fit and choice. After spending time with her, and asking her feedback, I realized that keeping this amazing car was the perfect choice. With the help of Adam, who works the finance piece, we found a great warranty and a perfect solution. Adam is extremely good at what he does- and very fast! Thank you Salma for introducing me to the RZ. This car has allowed me to prevent a bad accident at least twice. I'm grateful for the extraordinary acceleration that allowed me to move quickly and avoid collisions. I had no idea of the power this car has! And I know that I wouldn't have seen the benefit of the RZE, as well as the great warranty available, unless Salma took the time to explain it to me Recently we had damage from road debris. It was nothing we could have seen or avoided. I want to thank Salma for making time to explain the warranty. Having the warranty in place meant saving thousands of dollars and avoiding a claim on my auto insurance. Thank you! Lexus is an amazing car, the dealership is extremely professional, and Salma is a complete professional and a joy to know.

Highly recommend the service department at Subaru - krs167

Highly recommend the service department at Subaru Superstore of Chandler! I’ve been a loyal customer here for 7 years, and Jerry Zack has been my service advisor almost the entire time. He is honest, fair, and trustworthy with his recommendations. I just sent a friend his way, and honestly, the relationship and trust built with Jerry is a primary reason I will look to buy my next vehicle here.

An Exceptional and Outstanding Customer Experience with - MANEWCAR14

An Exceptional and Outstanding Customer Experience with Mr. Walter Mclemore. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge and meeting Mr. Walter Mclemore, and I can honestly say that my experience with him was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. As a retired United States Air Force veteran who spent over two decades serving our country, professionalism, respect, integrity, and the way people treat others are qualities that mean a great deal to me. I have come to deeply appreciate genuine courtesy and people who take pride in how they treat others. That is one of the reasons my experience with Walter stood out to me so much. From the moment I met Walter, he was extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and welcoming. I was there to look at and test drive a vehicle, and he immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything I wanted to know, but what impressed me most was that there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. That is extremely important to me when visiting a dealership. Walter allowed me to take my time, evaluate the vehicle, ask questions, and make my own decision. He never made me feel rushed, pressured, or as though I had to purchase a vehicle that day. Instead, he treated me with genuine respect and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I have visited many dealerships before, and unfortunately, the dealership experience can sometimes involve aggressive sales tactics or unnecessary pressure. That was not the case with Walter at all. His approach was completely different. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. The test drive was excellent, and Walter was there to assist me without making me feel like I was being pressured into a purchase. He answered my questions thoroughly and gave me the time and space I needed to evaluate the vehicle for myself. As someone who spent over two decades serving our country in the United States Air Force, I understand the importance of professionalism, integrity, respect, and treating people the right way. Walter demonstrated those same qualities during my visit, and I sincerely appreciate that. That level of service means more to me than he probably realizes. What impressed me most was that Walter did not treat me simply as someone who walked onto the lot looking to buy a vehicle. He treated me like a person and a valued customer. He took the time to build a relationship and establish trust, and that goes a long way with me. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle during this particular visit, the experience I had with Walter absolutely made an impression on me. If I decide to purchase a vehicle in the near future, Walter Macklemore will definitely be one of the first people I contact. That speaks volumes about the kind of experience he provided. Walter, I want to sincerely thank you for your outstanding customer service. It was truly a pleasure meeting you, and I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, patience, and respect you showed me throughout my visit. You represented yourself and Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge extremely well. I would have no hesitation recommending Walter to friends, family, fellow veterans, or anyone looking for a vehicle and wanting to work with someone who genuinely understands the importance of treating customers with respect. Thank you again Walter, for the great service and the exceptional experience. I look forward to doing business with you in the near future. Sincerely, James Holland, Retired USAF 623-340-6890

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my - isabellacarter418

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Carizona, especially because of Wyn! I went in wanting a Jeep Wrangler, and Wyn worked incredibly hard to get me approved. When the Wrangler financing didn’t work out, he didn’t just give up or try to push me into something I didn’t want. He went back to the drawing board and found a Jeep Renegade that he genuinely thought I would love — and honestly, I think I like it even more than the Wrangler! What stood out to me most was that Wyn genuinely cared about finding the right car for me, not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, worked hard to make it happen, and made me feel like more than just another customer. You can tell that he actually cares about building relationships with his customers and creating a clientele that he can continue to help, rather than just making a quick sale. I’m so grateful for all the effort he put into getting me into a vehicle I love. If you’re looking for a car, I highly recommend asking for Wyn at Carizona! You can tell he truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile.

This dealership was amazing from start to finish. - Maria C.

This dealership was amazing from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Kyle, went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and at an amazing deal. If it weren’t for Kyle, we would have never even considered this dealership. He was absolutely AMAZING, communicative, efficient, and genuinely invested in helping us. His sales manager, Gary, was equally wonderful. He was incredibly supportive and worked with us to ensure we landed on a payment that was realistic and affordable. That alone was such a huge relief for us. The finance manager, Danielle, was also fantastic! So organized, prepared, and efficient. This was hands down the smoothest car buying experience we’ve ever had. We couldn’t recommend this team more!

I had an issue with my check engine light and had made - kimjkendall58

I had an issue with my check engine light and had made more than one trip to the service department to resolve the problem. Frank, Dejon, and Chloe went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was while remaining professional, communicative and positive. Thank you all!

We truly could not have asked for a better car-buying - Jenn Wollenschlager

We truly could not have asked for a better car-buying experience! From beginning to end, everyone made the entire process easy, fast, and genuinely enjoyable. Josey, our Sales Consultant, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and never once made us feel pressured. Joe, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to work with us and made us feel like he truly cared about earning our business and making sure we were happy with our purchase. And Moses in Finance was fantastic—efficient, thorough, and somehow managed to make the finance portion of buying a car completely painless! What stood out the most was how genuinely cared for we felt throughout the entire experience. We never felt like we were just another sale. Everyone was friendly, professional, honest, and respectful of our time. The entire process was incredibly fast and efficient, and we left not only excited about our new Infiniti, but feeling really good about where we purchased it. We have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, and this was hands down one of the best dealership experiences we have ever had. We absolutely love our new Infiniti and would recommend Josey, Joe, Moses, and the entire team without hesitation. Thank you for making such a big purchase such a wonderful experience. You absolutely earned all five stars!

I really appreciate Scott Hageman's service at Porsche - Michael Jay

I really appreciate Scott Hageman's service at Porsche Chandler. He makes me feel welcome and that I have his sole attention when I arrive. Professional and personable, it's always a good talk when I'm asking about my car and bouncing ideas off of him, or any other random topic. He gives me the straight dope on whether we're discussing a current issue or future ones to be prepared for.
