I bought a brand new car last year from them and my battery went bad so had to put in a new one in on a Sunday. On star says something is wrong with my car starter but they can’t find anything and only battery went bad so had to put in a new one in on a Sunday. How about you replace it since it shouldn’t have went bad in the first place! Also I bought this car with the back seat frame not working right and asked them to look at it. They bent frame back a little charged me $75 and said you can pay almost $500 for new part. Again it shouldn’t have been broke in the first place when I bought it. Poor customer service. Won’t be going back! More

Bad experience was supposed to be @4:15was told that there was 2 ahead of me when it got in they did a multi point inspection which I did not ask for,also when my vehicle was done and I received my bill there was 2 ahead of me when it got in they did a multi point inspection which I did not ask for,also when my vehicle was done and I received my bill I was charged @ 3percent surcharge because I used my debit card didn’t like that, probably will not be back! We were going to purchase another vehicle but after having to pay over 200 dollars to have our jeep looked at and they couldn't fix it after my husband told the service department to check the fuses an having to pay over 200 dollars to have our jeep looked at and they couldn't fix it after my husband told the service department to check the fuses and they claimed they did. Guess what, it was the fuse! My husband fixed it. I think it's really sad we have already purchased a couple of vehicles there, have oil changes done on four of our vehicles and my husband was treated unfairly when he tried to discuss the situation. Funny, the salesman called shortly after the situation to see if we were coming in that day to purchase the vehicle we were looking at. Next step, contacting state consumer protection agency . We will never do business there again!!!! We will tell everyone why not to go to your business, your not treated in a honest manner. More
