Bought a used truck told them I want it inspected to be mechanicaly sound and before the first oil change it had all kinds of problems and then they said they inspected it and it took a wee inspected to be mechanicaly sound and before the first oil change it had all kinds of problems and then they said they inspected it and it took a week to get it back and it was dirtier then it was when I dropped it of!!!! They will never get my business again worst place ever!!!! More

Not happy with service. Maybe if we would of purchased a New GM model, this might of faired out better. First oil change, oil plug gasket was pinched, oil leaked all over garage floor after we got home, no New GM model, this might of faired out better. First oil change, oil plug gasket was pinched, oil leaked all over garage floor after we got home, no damage to engine. Took back and was fixed. Second time, lug nut covers where broken and thrown away, we were not told until I went back in. Replaced them ourselves. Third time, we received our vehicle back from oil change, the low tire pressure light came on. So I went to take off the valve stem covers, only to find out they WOULD NOT come off. They were corroded to the valve stem, which tells me the service department never checked our tire pressure for at least 3 oil changes, and never told us. Requested car be washed and swept out...well it got washed. I did let the service department know the first 2 times. More
