JR was terrific and the evaluation of my Forester appeared thorough. I agreed to having all the work done that they suggested. The dealership is clean, has very comfortable chairs, lots of healthful appeared thorough. I agreed to having all the work done that they suggested. The dealership is clean, has very comfortable chairs, lots of healthful snacks and beverages for customers to enjoy while they wait, and a Quiet Room, which I appreciated. The women’s room is well appointed and very clean. My only complaints are: 1. I didn’t get the appointment confirmation emails until after work had begun on my vehicle; and 2. On my way home (a 3-hour drive from the dealership), my “Low Engine Oil” alert flashed. That was a surprise. I mean, I was just at the dealership and spent A LOT of money there - why isn’t an oil check one of the first things done for any service?? More
