I cannot complain about how I was trated - having brought in my 2019 Outback due to it being affected by the battery charging issue (apparently a class action suit was won due to this issue). The vehicle is already showing issues even though their service department supposedly checked the vehicle. Every time I was at the Dealership there are lazy employees loitering around a golf cart talking on their phones. If they engage with you they never stop their conversation on the phone. When I finally went to test drive and pick up my Vehicle. The loitering employees were behind my vehicle, and when Angel asked nicely for them to move they looked at me like I just interrupted them and grumbled while they slowly moved. Keep employees like Angel and remove the lazy slobs that litter the front of your dealership. I will be taking my Vehicle for a comprehensive inspection. We will see if Subarus mechanics are any better. More
