Although I've been happy with this service department, I feel like the sales department needs improvement. I just bought the car 8 months ago and have had only one service, supposedly the used cars go th feel like the sales department needs improvement. I just bought the car 8 months ago and have had only one service, supposedly the used cars go through a several multi-point inspection, yet now the service guy found a bunch of things wrong with it, which I find 10,000 miles couldn't have cause. I get it yes it could, it's just make me doubt in their certified used cars. More
