It is unfortunate that I must say something about this particular Subaru service experience. Scheduled an appointment at 7:00 am a my d left dealership at 9:30 for am oil change. I was the second one in line for service and customers that got there after, left the dealership sooner. You could understand that if the vehicle had been scheduled/ or had arrived late the delay is because of the scheduling scaffolding, but there was unnecessary wait and delay for a basic service. Went in for service with an appointment and have to say it was quite a wait for my services to be completed. I believe the car was ready 45 minutes sooner, but only was rung up when I started to lose my pa it was quite a wait for my services to be completed. I believe the car was ready 45 minutes sooner, but only was rung up when I started to lose my patients after 4 hours. I say that it was ready sooner since I looked at my cars GPS position and found it in the same spot when I was cashed out 45 minutes later. The complementary car was included a hand towel of my own purchase being used to clean the car. I didn’t discover that until I was off the property and heading halfway home and discovered it was wet from use. I don’t have a sunroof so it wasn’t a leak in the vehicle. Services rendered well, however speed might have been an issue and use of my own property to wash my car as well. More
