Did not have needed parts although detailed service repair reservation was made a week ahead. Didn’t tell me until 1 1/2 hours into the service. Sent me home in a loaner car. I’m a little upset with the staff they had in the morning shift. Nobody greets you the moment you walk in. I walked in not knowing where the service area was until I had to asked somebody.
