We had a smooth test drive and he explained all the perks of the vehicle we were browsing very well. We had went to another dealership prior to coming to Subaru Lakeland and my daughter was discouraged after having a poor experience there. The Kia dealership salesman tried to get us inside "right away" so we could talk numbers and get in the system before we even got to physically look at a car. This place was a complete 180. We went to Subaru/Buick Lakeland knowing we wanted to look at a Buick Envista and Derryl took us STRAIGHT to the line up! All of the staff were so friendly and courteous. They offered us snacks and water throughout the loan process. If I had to buy another vehicle anytime soon, Derryl is who I am calling. My daughter is in love with her new fancy Envista, and I am in love with its safety features. The crew washed up the car while I was doing the paperwork and even put a fancy big red bow on top as this was her 18th birthday gift and she was so surprised, she did not know it was all happening that day. The team was in on the secret and made sure to help keep her distracted by touring her around the facility. I cannot remember the name of the blonde woman who helped me in the financing dept but she was so friendly and we had great conversation as well, which helped the time fly by when you are signing so many documents. 100% A+ from my family.
