Austin Smith, the service representative, worked with Subaru Corporate to reduce my expenses by half. And, while the car was being repaired, I was provided with a loaner car. (A new 2025 Subaru, which was WOW!) When I picked my car up on Saturday, it was clean inside and out, and the A/C unit works like new. This was our second service visit to Subaru Lakeland. To Subaru’s credit, I could barely detect any issue while driving afterward..no damage and a slight alignment adjustment…amazing! Speaking of Service, the same word can be used…amazing!
