I’ve been bringing both of our Subaru vehicles (Crosstrek, Outback) to Lakeland Subaru for servicing for almost four years now. in December I took my car with A/C problems they supposedly fixed. I had 12,000 miles or one year warranty. Here comes July the car is doing the same thing it was doing in December which I paid $180 supposedly fixed. I had 12,000 miles or one year warranty. Now they tell me is something totally different than what they fixed in December and 7 months later another $1400.00. The first problem I had with this car when under warranty was the A/C and it's the only real problem I've had with the car. This car has had A/C problems since it was made and Subaru refuses to accept responsibility. More
