Victor and Ron were both great salesmen. I hope Ron receives some of the commission because he spent a lot of time and patience with me. Both were informative, helpful, patient,and not pests. The dealership seems to be just as great as when it was Cannon and I purchased my 2006 Buick Rendezvous. It is well kept an nicely organized. The salesmen are courteous and helpful. The inventory in preowned vehicles is excellent and prices are reasonable without out adding on "closing" prices that are ridiculous. Closing was as efficient as they could make it, I'm sure, but I did not need the tour of the grounds and introduction to department personnel. I felt it interrupted their work and dealing with their customers and felt awkward. I did not need that nor the time it took. I did appreciate the gift, though. That was very nice and kind. Everyone I met there was friendly and it was nice seeing Mary who did the financial portion way back when I purchased my 2006 Rendez. It's nice to know previous personnel like to come back to visit their old place of employment and speaks highly of the management. More
