My vehicle had a recall and needed an oil change. The process for scheduling was easy and they were ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. The entire process took about an hour, maybe less, and there were no hassles at all. The waiting area was comfortable and there were a lot of snacks provided for customers who were waiting. The person who spoke with me about my vehicle was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and helpful (I really wish I remembered his name, but I will remember his face for sure). I didn't realize I had free oil changes, and when I asked about cost, he reminded me of this instead of taking advantage of me. I appreciated this more than I can say. So far, this dealership has been great. More
