Great Buying Experience I worked with both Willy and Vance to buy my wife a new car. I spent 2 hours with Willy on learning about the Subaru cars, differences in models, tes I worked with both Willy and Vance to buy my wife a new car. I spent 2 hours with Willy on learning about the Subaru cars, differences in models, test driving, et cetera. He knows his stuff and he drives a Subaru Forester himself. My wife and I slept on the decision, then went back to Santa Monica Subaru the next evening. Willy had left for the day but his associate, Vance, led us through the sales process and trained us on the use of the new Forester. Vance knows all of the ins and outs of those cars just like Willy does. Never once did I feel any pressure from anyone at the dealership. I received nothing but friendly and respectful service and my wife and I love the new car. Arjan in finance also did a great job in getting us out the door that evening and walked us through all of the insurance and warranty options.
