Excellent dealer experience! I interacted with 2 people during my recent Subaru Outback purchase at Mastro Subaru - Tommy Rust (Product Specialist/Sales) and Julio Ayala (Finance I interacted with 2 people during my recent Subaru Outback purchase at Mastro Subaru - Tommy Rust (Product Specialist/Sales) and Julio Ayala (Finance Director). I can't say enough about Tommy. He sold me the car that I was looking for at a very fair price. Also, he explained the car's every feature (this car has a lot of features) in such great detail that I had thorough knowledge of the car before leaving the lot. Ask for Tommy! Julio explained every document that had to be signed. He actually made the unpleasant portion of a new car sale pleasant! He is very personable and has excellent taste in music. I am very satisfied with my experience at Mastro Subaru and would purchase another car at this dealership. More
I just don't think the dealership would be able to fix ny concerns with my crosstrek. It's had the same issue with the head unit in the car since the 1st month I bought it. Also the service department need t concerns with my crosstrek. It's had the same issue with the head unit in the car since the 1st month I bought it. Also the service department need to realize who the customer is when trying to schedule service appointments. Needless to say after several recalls & what appears to be a much bigger issue then dealership level of the head unit. I traded in my crosstrek. If it wasn't for the bigger picture issues I loved the car style & features if they had worked. More

Subaru Story From the time I entered the lot , ALL employees showed much product knowledge , patience [ even after repeated questions ] and above all , kindness. From the time I entered the lot , ALL employees showed much product knowledge , patience [ even after repeated questions ] and above all , kindness. I felt " heard and understood ". I did not feel rushed. They listened to my relay of the story reguarding the horrible accident that totalled my previous Subaru . They asked about my injury and about how my Dad was doing after the accident. They listened. They care. They were quite sympathetic reguarding the recent horrible car accident and my injured Father. It did not appear to matter , " who has the sale " , as long as I was being helped to my voiced satisfaction. I was assisted in my purchase by Hunter , his friend Mitch and Uncle , Sean. Also , a man who excelled in patience and showed compassion with obvious sincerity . carefully making sure I understood ALL the forms , policies and coverages , was Julio in the Financial Dept. Is Mastro the closest Subaru to where I live ? No. Is this the dealership where I purchased my last Subaru ? No. ---However , I will return to Mastro when next I need a vehicle and I will recommend this dealership at my every opportunity.
